Get involved: You and your employees can help determine
Connecticut's future

On Tuesday, Nov. 4, in addition to the presidential race, Connecticut voters will elect five representatives to Congress and all 187 state legislators.

Connecticut needs more state legislators who are committed to creating a competitive business climate and healthy economy.

Only a healthy economy can provide the jobs and quality of life people in Connecticut need -- and the tax revenue that makes important public services possible.

What you can do:

  • Host a company visit by a legislative candidate -- to give them a firsthand view of what it takes to compete and succeed in Connecticut.

  • Help your employees find the information that will make them informed voters -- right here at CTbizVotes.com!

  • Explain to your employees how critically important a good business climate is to your business.

  • Encourage your employees to explore the issues and where the candidates stand on them.

  • Talk with your employees about the election, the candidates and the issues.

  • Register your employees who are new voters and re-register those who have moved since the last election
